Do I need a membership to browse?

No. Everyone can browse Live Shopping and explore the current selections.

Can I purchase without a membership?

Yes, at the retail price. Pieces marked with a Member Price unlock that price through a one-time ₹5,000 membership, added to your cart automatically; you can remove it before checkout and pay retail instead. Live Shopping (Boutiques and Outlets) pieces are reserved with an advisor on WhatsApp.

What is the difference between Boutiques and Outlets?

Boutiques hold new-season arrivals. Outlets hold past-season pieces, with sizes sourced across our network.

What happens when a room changes?

Rooms are refreshed as new pieces are found, and a piece may no longer be available once its room changes.

Are the pieces authentic?

Yes. Every piece is verified by an advisor in the boutique or the house's own outlet, never sourced through a reseller.
