Basics
We work on 100% advance payment only. As a gesture of goodwill, only for our first-time buyers, we offer the advantage of them sending a small advance token (10% of the product cost ) over digital payment methods and the rest of the amount can be collected with multiple options upon the arrival of the products. Once the products arrive, the customer support team gets in touch with you and takes things forward.
Modes of Payment
We accept all modes of payment (COD available only in selected locations), though our preferred mode of payment is PayPal, Paytm/or Gpay. The initial advance tokens can be paid via Gpay/Paytm and you need to share the screenshot of the transaction with us. Our AI-powered software needs screenshots to be uploaded for instant booking, and without it, the process cannot be taken further. Balance can be settled the next day through bank transfer, PayPal, Paytm/Gpay. For cash deposit in the bank or cash pickup please DM our Admin.
Discounts & Vouchers
We would love to offer you a discount but the prices are generated by our AI software and published by the International Team which are already discounted. Our AI-powered system has no discount option, However, the system automatically generates a loyalty credit voucher that can be redeemed from time to time, based on purchases you keep making from Lup.
Important Note
n the case of live events/sales, bills cannot be provided as the items are bought in bulk (at times in hundreds). In addition to this, due to the confidentiality of shoppers, the business competition clause, and our company policy we do not share bills.
