Returns Eligibility
Returns are accepted on all items except those marked as Final Sale.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be shipped back to us within 7 calendar days from the date of delivery, using the return shipping label provided by theluxuryunplugged.com.
All return requests are subject to approval based on our Return Conditions and Return Scenarios outlined below.
Refund Options
Once your return is approved, you may choose one of the following refund methods:
1. Store Credit / Gift Voucher (Free Returns)

Redeemable on future purchases from the same storefront

Valid across all eligible products

Issued within 1 business day of return approval
2. Refund to Original Payment Method

Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, including items marked as Final Sale:

A full refund will be issued to the original payment method, or

You may opt for a Store Credit / Gift Voucher, if preferred
Important: If a Gift Voucher was used while placing the order, the entire refund will be issued only as store credit, in line with this policy.
How to Initiate a Return
To request a return:

Our team will arrange a pickup from the original delivery address.
Return Conditions
All returns must strictly comply with the following conditions. Approval or rejection is at the sole discretion of theluxuryunplugged.com:

Items must be unused, unworn, and unwashed

All original tags, labels, and security tags must be intact

Original packaging (box, dust bag, carry bag, etc.) must be returned

Product and packaging must be undamaged

Damage due to improper handling or packaging will not be accepted

Items must reach our warehouse within 7 calendar days of delivery

Returns must be shipped only using the provided return label

Sending incorrect, missing, or additional items will result in rejection
Return Scenarios
Returns Due to Customer Preference
Including but not limited to:

Change of mind

Incorrect size or color selection

Product not suiting personal preference

Ordering excess items

Product appearance differing from images
Returns Due to Our Error

Received a faulty item

Received an incorrect product or size
Selecting the correct return reason is essential. If the reason selected does not match our quality check findings, the return will be processed under the applicable category.
If an item reported as faulty is found to be manufactured as intended, the return will be treated as a customer preference return, subject to policy compliance.

For unisex items, men’s sizing is used by default

Some products may display both manufacturer size and converted size for reference

Conversion sizes are indicative only and may vary by brand
Returns due to size mismatch, fit issues, or material discrepancies are considered customer preference returns.
Return Processing Timeline
Once your return reaches our India warehouse, it may take up to 5 business days to complete inspection and quality checks before approval or rejection.
Rejected Returns
Returns failing to meet our policy requirements will be rejected.
In such cases:

You will be responsible for arranging reverse pickup

Shipping costs to return the item back to you will be borne by the customer
Refused Deliveries
If a delivery is refused or the customer is unavailable:

The return will be treated as a customer preference return

Exchange Policy
We do not offer direct exchanges.
To exchange an item:

Return the original item

Opt for a Store Credit / Gift Voucher

Place a new order using the credit

Cancellation Policy
Orders cannot be canceled once placed.
In exceptional cases, you may email customercare@theluxuryunplugged.com within 30 minutes of placing the order. Cancellation is not guaranteed.
