Ordering Process

Once you become a part of our community, you get access to virtual live events and VIP sales. Our shoppers and admins post products directly from the stores and whatever you like can be placed as an order to the group admins only. From there they will take care of the rest of the process.

For deliveries, we commit a standard time frame of 4 weeks to all our patrons but we are constantly making efforts to get your orders delivered to you as soon as possible. In many instances, we have delivered products in just 2 weeks as well.

Since the item is imported and duty-paid with a delivery cycle of 3-4 weeks, it's almost impossible to re-export the item back to the store and exchange/return it. Also, the trade/custom regulations make it a cumbersome process. Hence, we do not have any return/refund/exchange policy. So, please be 100% sure of the item you intend to buy when it comes to your sizes in the respective brand. We would never push you for the same.
